Updated ad filter list for July 9th 2007
Google may have disabled the Adsense accounts of those publishers using arbitrage or Made For Adsense (MFA) methods to sell advertising space, but new ones have appeared or been overlooked in the crackdown. I don’t know about you, but I found my Adsense revenue for June was up on previous months even though I had less traffic. That’s because the banned MFA sites weren’t getting as much of the traffic and using as much of the Adwords budgets as they did previously. Unfortunately I have noticed a decline over the last few days, that may only be the usual weekend slump but I fear may signal the rise of the big publishers again.
To combat them, use your competitive ad filter. Here’s my list of updated MFA and low paying sites. Some are local to Ireland and the UK but most of them are international or US centric.
I haven’t forgotten about releasing my “better ad filter”. I’m using it every day and it works great to record what I add and remove from the list, but it’s still a bit buggy. Hopefully I’ll be able to release it before the end of the month.

Look at the source code. There’s adsense javascript all over it. I guess their account was killed or something.
